A small, nurturing microschool in Miami, FL where individualized academics, music education, and health & wellness come together. Because every child deserves an education built just for them.
Harmony and Health Microschool was born from a simple but powerful belief: children thrive when they are seen as individuals, not numbers in a classroom. Founded by a certified music teacher and a professional fitness, health & wellness coach, our school brings together personalized academics, artistic expression, and physical well-being in one nurturing community.
Music is a language every child can speak. Our curriculum integrates music education into daily learning, nurturing creativity, discipline, and self-expression from the very beginning.
A healthy body supports a healthy mind. Physical education, nutrition awareness, and wellness habits are woven throughout every school day, not treated as extras.
Every child's academic journey is uniquely their own. Our personalized, technology-assisted curriculum adapts to each learner's pace, strengths, and individual goals.
Microschools are reimagining education by combining the personalization of homeschooling with the community and structure of a school environment. Here's what makes ours different.
Our intimate first cohort means every child receives genuine, individual attention every single day. No child falls through the cracks.
Each student's academic plan is tailored entirely to them: their pace, their learning style, their strengths, their path forward.
Ages 5–11 are the most critical years for building academic foundations, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Operating as a homeschool learning center, fully registered with the state of Florida, giving families confidence and legal peace of mind.
Traditional one-size-fits-all education leaves many children behind. At Harmony and Health, every student receives their own individualized online curriculum that grows with them, challenges them at the right level, and celebrates their unique strengths.
Each student begins with a comprehensive assessment so we understand exactly where they are academically, and chart a personalized path forward.
Every child works through a customized digital curriculum tailored to their learning style, level, and pace. Never held back, never left behind.
Music education is woven into the daily experience, building creativity, focus, memory, and discipline alongside core academic learning.
Physical education, nutrition, and wellness habits are part of every school day, helping children show up energized, focused, and ready to learn.
Three pillars. One cohesive environment. Every child at Harmony and Health benefits from all three areas of instruction every day.
A fully personalized, technology-powered curriculum covering reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies, uniquely adapted for each student's needs and pace.
Taught by a certified K–12 music educator, students explore music through performance, theory, and creative expression, developing discipline and a lifelong love of the arts.
Led by a professional personal trainer and health & wellness coach, students develop active habits, understand nutrition, and build a positive relationship with their bodies early.
Harmony and Health Microschool is a family endeavor, built by two educators who share one vision: a school where every child is truly known, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Certified through the Florida Department of Education as a K–12 Music Teacher, Mrs. Lambe-Estevez brings 13 years of classroom experience and 26 years of working with children to Harmony and Health Microschool. A professional singer and flutist specializing in Elementary Music Education and Choir Conducting, she guides students in exploring their musical voices through singing, recorder, xylophone, drums, and more. Beyond music, she oversees each student's individualized academic curriculum, bringing the same passion for personalized education to every subject she teaches.
Trained by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training and nutrition coaching, Mr. Estevez has spent 9 years as a full-time fitness, health and wellness professional, with over 24 years dedicated to the study of strength, nutrition, and longevity. He brings that real-world expertise into the classroom, teaching students age-appropriate fitness, healthy eating habits, and wellness practices they will carry with them for life.
We know choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you'll make. Here are answers to the questions we hear most from families.
A microschool is a small, intentional learning community (think of it as the best of both worlds between homeschooling and a traditional school). Students receive the personalized attention and flexible pacing of homeschooling, within a structured, social, and educator-led environment.
While students are registered as homeschoolers with the state of Florida, they attend our learning center daily with qualified educators, follow a structured daily schedule, and learn alongside peers. It combines the legal flexibility of homeschooling with the community and accountability of a school.
Each student is assessed individually and assigned their own digital curriculum that adapts to their level, learning style, and pace. No two students follow the exact same path. A child can advance quickly in math while taking more time in reading, without ever being held back or left behind.
Students cycle through personalized academic work, music instruction with Mrs. Lambe-Estevez, and physical education and wellness sessions with Mr. Estevez, all within a structured daily schedule designed to balance focused learning with movement and creativity.
We are intentionally small by design. In our first year we will accept a maximum of 15 students. This ensures every child receives genuine individual attention from our educators every single day.
We serve children in Kindergarten through 5th Grade, ages 5 to 11. Each child is assessed upon enrollment so their curriculum begins exactly where they are, regardless of their grade level.
Students are registered as home-educated learners with the state of Florida, which is fully legal and recognized. Florida has a well-established homeschool framework, and families maintain full compliance with state education requirements through our program.
